Natural Rug Manufacture

Each one of our hand-made natural rugs are custom made to the highest standard here in the UK. Manufacture & delivery from confirmation of your order is 14 - 21 working days approximately. We will contact you to organise a preferred delivery date as soon as your natural rug is ready to be dispatched



Natural Rug Delivery

Free mainland weekday delivery is included on all orders. For an additional charge Saturday deliveries can be arranged at checkout.

Payment Methods :

Credit/ Debit Card Online - Paypal

Payment can be made securely online at Extra Large Rugs - Online transactions are processed through Paypal. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Online card payments can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days week & transactions are 100% secure.

Credit/debit Card by Telephone

Credit/debit card payments are accepted over the telephone. Simply place your natural rug order online & select 'Telephone order' at the checkout. You will then need to provide your address & delivery information, one of our sales team will then call you to confirm & process your payment.



Online Security

Your personal & credit/debit card details will not be shared with any third parties & will only be used to process and ship your natural rug order. The latest Internet encryption software is used to ensure your online security. Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again & protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by all major banks. You can confirm the security of your connection to the checkout page by checking the bottom of your browser window, when the connection is secure you will see a closed lock icon.



Ordering Natural Samples

Extra Large Rugs provides a next day, complimentary natural fibre sample service. You can order a maximum of six samples of natural fibre inners, borders & piping, this ensures that you get the the exact colour, natural material & texture for your bespoke natural rug.

To order your samples, simply create your desired natural rug in the (Natural Rug Builder) & click the order sample button. You can add or delete further natural samples before finalising your choice.
