This website is operated by Extra Large Rugs. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Making a purchase

Once you have chosen your preferred natural materials, colours & borders, specify your required size & get an on-screen quote for your natural rug creation. When you have completed your bespoke natural rug simply click checkout. You can pay for your natural rug online using your credit/debit card, paypal or over the telephone.

Payment can be made securely online at Extra Large Rugs - Online transactions are processed through Paypal. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Online card payments can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days week and transactions are 100% secure. Telephone orders are also accepted.

Orders not in stock

If your natural rug order is out of stock, it can take up to 4 weeks to re-stock, due to the nature of the natural materials used. In this event we will contact you immediately with the option to change or refund your order. All orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Errors in delivery

All order errors must be reported on delivery of goods. If in the event goods cannot be checked upon delivery goods must be signed as unchecked. In the unlikely event that this occurs please contact us immediately. Incorrect goods must be returned in there original packaging & as new. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.

Sizes and imperfections

Each natural rug from Extra Large Rugs are hand made from natural materials. These natural materials by their very nature are prone to small imperfections so please aware of this. As each natural rug is handmade, the finished size may vary slightly to the size specified upon order. Minimum size order of 1 square metre.


All our natural rugs are made to order, you have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel it. You can do this by email or by telephone.


Due to the nature of our products being custom made they are non returnable unless damaged or defective. Please be aware of this before placing your order. If a natural rug is damaged it must be reported upon delivery of goods. If in the event goods cannot be inspected on delivery, goods must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED'. Please contact us immediately to report any damages. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund but if you have not signed for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' no refund will be given. We will arrange collection of the item.

Credit Card Security

We use Paypal for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for capturing & storing card details on their secure servers using 128 bit secure sockets layer technology & always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Colour and images

Every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the true colours of our natural materials, however, screen colours may vary slightly due to monitor set up.


It is our policy to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you have a complaint please direct it to our Customer Service Department at sales@extralargerugs.co.uk - We will contact you within 24 hours with a response.

Remittance Terms

Ownership of goods remain with Extra Large Rugs until paid for in full.


Your personal & credt/debit card details will not be shared with any third parties & will only be used to process & ship your order.
